The Adaptable Lightweight Powered Helmet Arm, or A.L.P.H.A. Mount, represents the latest advancement in night vision helmet mounting technology. Weighing only 80 grams, it is the lightest and lowest-profile night vision mount currently available for the standard dovetail shoe interface.

The A.L.P.H.A. Mount features a patent-pending mechanism that utilizes a ball detent system to control movement and securely lock the unit in both stowed and deployed positions. This deliberate design eliminates the unwanted wobble commonly found in other mounts and significantly reduces the risk of accidental deployment during use. The mount also allows the end user to configure between push button and force-to-overcome.

Each mount is designed, machined, and assembled in the United States, using premium materials including 7075-T6 aluminum and 17-4 PH stainless steel to ensure exceptional strength, precision, and durability in demanding environments.

Two configurations are available out of the box, one with the push button and force-to-overcome or the other without the push button making the mount force-to-overcome only.

A variant of the mount is in the works that will incorporate an integrated powered shoe, compatible with Nocturn Industries devices equipped for this feature. This feature is still in development and more information for the powered shoe will be available later.
